Thai Yoga Massage
Rooted in a 2,500-year-old healing tradition, Thai Yoga Massage is a one-on-one session combining yoga-based stretches, acupressure, reflexology, and energy work. Performed on a cushioned floor mat, the practitioner uses their hands, feet, elbows, and knees to apply rhythmic pressure and guide the client through assisted stretches. This practice promotes deep relaxation, tension release, and improved mobility. Clients remain fully clothed in comfortable, breathable attire and are encouraged to breathe deeply, ask questions, and take breaks as needed. Safe for pregnancy
